2020’de otellere en fazla ciro sağlayan kanallar belli oldu

Dünyanın önde gelen kanal yöneticilerinden (channel manager) Avustralya merkezli Siteminder, 2020 yılında otellere en çok gelir sağlayan satış kanallarını popüler destinasyonlar için yayınladı.

Verilerde , geçen senelerin sıralamasının epey değişiklik gösterdiği ortaya çıktı; 32 dağıtım kanalı ilk defa bu sıralamaya ilk 12’ye dahil oldu.

Raporda , otel web siteleri 2020 yılı boyunca tüm destinasyonlarda ilk beşteki yerini korurken, doğrudan otellerin sitesinden yapılan rezervasyonların sürekli büyüdüğü ortaya çıktı.
