Accor, the leading hospitality group, has announced the opening of ibis Styles Chelyabinsk – a new flagship hotel under the ibis Styles brand in Russia.
ibis Styles is a brand synonymous to design and creativity within the ibis family of budget hotels. Each of the brand’s 560 hotels around the world is unique and has its own story, vibrant design and theme.
The design of ibis Styles Chelyabinsk represents a space theme, inspired by the meteorite that fell into Lake Chebarkul in February 2013. The theme is reflected in the interior of the rooms and public spaces, as well as the many decorative elements used in the design – from the shape of the mirrors to the ornaments on the carpeting. The design was developed by a well-known design bureau from Moscow – Sundukovy Sisters.

The 96-room hotel is centrally located, inside of the former Polet recreational center, close to a relict pine forest and in the vicinity of the main attractions of the city.
Each room at ibis Styles is designed as a living space where guests can relax, recharge and work, offering three room categories: standard, superior standard and junior suite, as well as 5 rooms for disabled guests. All rooms have functional and futuristic furniture, a working area with a comfortable armchair and an individual lamp as well as climate control and Sweet Bed™ by ibis. The rooms are equipped with plasma TV, safe box, mini fridge, telephone and Wi-fi, while in the junior suites guests will find coffee stations and hanging armchairs. Excellent sound and light insulation ensures comfort, tranquility and relaxation.
A wholesome and varied breakfast, signature for all ibis Styles hotels, is served every morning from 6.30 until 10.00 a.m. on the weekdays and 11.00 am on the weekends. Special rates and offers are available for families, including children’s menu in the restaurant and a modern playroom.
ibis Styles Chelyabinsk will offer guests the highest quality of service in accordance with international ibis Styles brand standards, as well as the enhanced security requirements of the new ALLSAFE security standard, developed by Accor in collaboration with Bureau Veritas. ALLSAFE includes heightened health and safety requirements, including protocols for sanitizing and disinfecting rooms, public areas, monitoring health condition of guests and staff, providing disinfectants, and new regulations for room service and restaurant operations. ALLSAFE standards are designed to provide guests with a safe and relaxing hotel stay without compromising on the quality of service, which will be taken care of by a professional team led by the General Manager – Ekaterina Goncharenko.
