Azerbaijan to welcome tourists from UAE, Bahrain, Israel and Qatar

The Azerbaijani Government has decided to open its borders to visitors from additional seven countries starting from June 21.

As the epidemic has been largely under control in the country, Azerbaijan is gradually removing the restrictions on touristic travel.

With the new decision from government, visitors from the United States, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Israel, Hungary and Qatar will be able to visit Azerbaijan.

Visitors from these countries will be able to travel by air to Azerbaijan by presenting an official certificate showing that they have received a full dose of vaccination or have recovered from the covid, and a negative PCR test taken maximum 72 hours before the flight.

A negative PCR test result will suffice for passengers under the age of 18.

Last week Azerbaijan opened its borders to visitors from Turkey and Russia under the same conditions.
