Russia resumes flights with 4 more countries

Russia is resuming reciprocal flights with Kyrgyzstan, Belarus, Kazakhstan and South Korea.

According to the statement by the government, flights to Kyrgyzstan, Belarus and Kazakhstan will start on 21 September, and South Korea flights on 27 September.


During the pandemic Russia stopped all international flights till August when flights to Turkey, United Kingdom and Tanzania resumed. Later on in September Egypt, UAE and Maldives were added to the safe list.


The Russian government body also added that evacuation flights, which were carried out to bring Russian citizens to the country, were suspended.
