Pegasus posts € 166 Million in half year losses

Pegasus Airlines announced its financial results for the first half of 2021, with a filing sent to Istanbul Stock Exchange.


Airline has reported EUR 166 Million loss, almost similar to last year’s loss which was EUR 168 Million.


In the first half Pegasus’ revenue was EUR 277 Million compared with EUR 309 Million in the same period of 2020.


In the first half of 2021, Pegasus carried a total of 7.07 million passengers, 4.84 million on domestic routes and 2.23 million on international routes, while this number was 6.59 million in 2020 and 14.32 million in 2019.


As of June 30, Pegasus has a total of 93 aircraft in its fleet, of which 30 are Boeing and 63 are Airbus.
