According to the research, passengers are actively embracing artificial intelligence and digital solutions to simplify their journeys, reduce stress, and have a more secure travel experience.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>64% of Travelers Want an AI Assistant<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One of the most striking findings of the survey is that <strong>64%<\/strong> of travelers want to have an AI-powered virtual assistant to help them during their trip. Moreover, <strong>17%<\/strong> of them are willing to pay up to 5% of their total travel cost for this service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Technology Integrates into Every Aspect of Travel<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Amadeus report indicates that the use of AI has increased by 64% compared to the previous year. Travelers primarily use AI to save time during the planning phase (<strong>42%<\/strong>), receive personalized recommendations (<strong>37%<\/strong>), and discover new destinations (<strong>36%<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Additionally, <strong>69%<\/strong> of travelers stated they prefer biometric gates, and <strong>66%<\/strong> favor remote baggage check-in services. These figures clearly demonstrate the potential of technology to make airport and hotel processes faster and more seamless.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Amadeus&#8217;s Call to the Industry<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Amadeus executives noted that travelers&#8217; enthusiasm for adopting technology is a major opportunity for the sector. However, the data also shows that expectations are high, and the entire ecosystem must work together to meet them.
