OKOL Lake Park is the name of the unique project that is situated just 30 km southeast of Sofia city and only 20 minutes away from one of the biggest ski resorts in Bulgaria – Borovets and its construction is in progress. Accor, the leading global hospitality chain, will open its first premium 5-star hotel of the Pullman brand in Bulgaria as part of the complex, which will impress guests with stunning views to Rila mountain and Iskar dam. A completely new infrastructure with 22 km new roads, electricity, water supply, sewerage and treatment plants are currently being built to lead to this new oasis near the Bulgarian capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 3000-decare development OKOL Lake Park will also feature a modern 18-hole golf course, designed by Robin Hiseman of EGD and operated by IMG. It will be the first in Bulgaria to achieve the GEO accreditation and its opening is also planned for early 2023. Located 1,000 meters above sea level over an area of \u200b\u200b650 decares, the golf course will be further complemented by extensive practice facilities and a state-of-the-art golf academy featuring IMG Performance Studios.
