Most of the IHG hotels are located in the USA, while the Accor group is the leader outside of China and the USA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Accor&#8217;s board of directors are in favor of the merger, but Bazin is acting with caution.
