Online travel companies’ interest in Premier League teams continues. Following Expedia’s sponsorship deal with Liverpool, Trivago also signed with Chelsea in May.
The latest partnership news came from travel meta search engine, KAYAK and Newcastle United.
Travel search engine KAYAK has become the official shirt sleeve sponsor of Newcastle United for the 2021/22 Premier League season. The KAYAK brand will be visible on the sleeves of all home, away and 3rd shirts that the team will wear next season.
KAYAK, a brand of Booking.com, signed a football sponsorship agreement for the first time in its history.
Per Christiansen, VP EMEA Marketing said:
“As we continue to grow our brand partnerships in the UK and internationally, we are thrilled to kick off our first football partnership with Newcastle United.
