Accor to Standardize Operations with Oracle Cloud Across 110 Countries
Accor has announced it is adopting the Oracle Hospitality OPERA Cloud property management system (PMS) to optimize operations across its hotels worldwide. This strategic shift aims to standardize operational data and improve the guest experience across Accor’s properties in 110 countries.
By selecting Oracle OPERA Cloud PMS, Accor seeks to boost operational efficiency, simplify its IT processes, and gain faster access to data. This will allow the group to track the performance of all its hotels more consistently. The technological transformation also includes using the Oracle OPERA Cloud Sales and Event Management module to support Accor’s expanding meetings and events business.
This move by Accor reflects a wider trend in the hotel industry. Large hotel chains are increasingly turning to flexible, cloud-based solutions to manage operational complexity, maximize profitability, and make more informed decisions. The partnership is a key part of Accor’s digital transformation strategy and is considered a critical foundation for the company’s future growth plans.
