Swissôtel Çeşme is scheduled to open in June 2022, following the contract signed between Accor Hotel Group and Dilek Holding. Situated in Çeşme, Ilıca Bay, which is known as the Pearl of the Aegean and resembling the feeling of being in Maldives to its guests with its turquoise sea and unprecedented beach, Swissôtel Çeşme is architected by Durmuş Dilekçi. Interior architecture of the hotel is assumed by the master architect, Mustafa Toner who works for Toner Architects.

Swissôtel Çeşme will be featuring 248 rooms, including 2 penthouses each consisting of 2 floors across 1300 square meters, a private pool and terrace, and 68 suites having a magnificent view. Swissôtel, as a hotel brand with international reputation in 5 continents and 17 countries will add Çeşme to its range of hotels which offer beauties in various spots of the world. İskender Dilek, the Vice President of Dilek Holding stated in the meeting that they are carrying out a project which will introduce high class hospitality in Çeşme from all aspects with Swissôtel Çeşme, hotel and residence project.

Swissôtel Çeşme will take healthy lifestyle activities and services to the top level with its 1700 square meters indoor pool and fitness center, and also, 2500 square meter “Botanica Thermal & Spa Center”.

Swissôtel Çeşme will be capable of serving to 450 guests in a ball room arrangement with its 700 square meters of ball room. The hotel will also have 10 meeting rooms and a business center area.
