Accor to open first MGallery Hotel in Bodrum, Turkey

Becoming a popular location of world-famous brands in the recent years, Bodrum, the pearl of the Aegean, is now preparing to welcome MGallery, which is among the premium hotel brands of the Accor Group. Standing out with its simple yet sophisticated architecture and attractive indoor spaces, situated right by the sea in Bodrum Yalıkavak, MGallery The Bodrum Hotel Yalıkavak will open its doors on 1st of July 2021, as one of the newest and prestigious hotels in the region.


Owned by Delta Yatırım Holding, MGallery The Bodrum Hotel Yalıkavak project was developed together with the Accor Group and management consultancy is provided by Access Otelcilik Turizm Yalıkavak ve Danışmanlık Şirketi.

The cooperation agreement with Accor Group, which will operate MGallery The Bodrum Hotel Yalıkavak, and İnci Turizm A.Ş. which is an affiliate of Delta Yatırım Holding was signed during the meeting held on the terrace floor of The Artisan Istanbul MGallery hotel in Istanbul. Built by İnci Turizm A.Ş. with a total investment amount of $35 million, the hotel bears the signature of the renowned architect, Mustafa Toner.

Features an exclusive sandy beach and is ambitious in gastronomy

MGallery The Bodrum Hotel Yalıkavak was established on a 13-decare seafront land situated in Yalıkavak, the smallest and calmest bay of the town, and one of Bodrum’s most popular destinations located in the northwest of Bodrum peninsula. Located just a few minutes away from the Yalıkavak Marina, the heart of Bodrum, featuring world-famous brands, restaurants and nightclubs. Having 102 rooms, 35 of which are suites, the hotel also features a private sandy beach, outdoor infinity pool and a fully equipped gym for sports fans, an indoor pool and Spa.

Murat Delibalta: It will contribute to the turnaround in tourism

Stating that MGallery The Bodrum Hotel Yalıkavak,operated by Accor Group, will bring a new breath to Bodrum and Turkish tourism as a whole, Chairman of the Board of İnci Turizm, Murat Delibalta indicated that they believe this cooperation will inspire other world-famous groups too. Reminding that the season occupancy rates in Bodrum have decreased from 90% to 60% last year due to the pandemic, Murat Delibalta said, “The significant decrease in the number of foreign tourists coming to Turkey last year, as a result of the pandemic also had a negative impact on Bodrum. However, with the increase in the vaccination rates all over the world and in Turkey by the second half of 2021, there are expectations for a turnaround in tourism as a result of the ending negative trend. Reaching the 2019 figures again particularly from 2022 is considered as the overall expectations and goals of the entire tourism sector. We also have hopes for the future.
