Messe Berlin, the organizer of ITB fairs, announced that the trade show will be held digitally in 2021.
ITB Berlin, one of the major travel trade shows in Europe, will be held only B2B and digitally between 9-12 March 2021 due to covid-19 and related travel restrictions.
The 2020 edition of ITB Berlin was also canceled a week before the start of the fair due to the covid-19 outbreak.
A statement at the fair’s website said:
”Under consideration of all circumstances, Messe Berlin has decided that ITB Berlin and ITB Berlin Convention will take place from 9 to 12 March 2021 in digital form as a purely B2B trade fair & conference. Detailed information on exhibitor packages, trade visitor tickets and sponsorship opportunities with worldwide reach will be available on this website from 16 November.”
The ITB Berlin has been held since 1966.
