Turkish Airlines to establish a tehnology subsidiary
With a filing sent to the Public Information Platform for the Istanbul Stock Exchange, Turkish Airlines announced that it was decided to establish a technology company which will be 100 % owned subsidiary.
Airline said the decision aims to position the Company’s existing Information Technologies applications as an income generating business line utilizing the existing Information Technologies human resources more effectively.
No information was shared about when the new company will be operative nor the name of it.
