Belavia, the national airline of Belarus, will increase its flights to Istanbul to 14 per week starting from June 12.
According to the announcement made on the airline’s website, Belavia will operate 2 flights a day from the capital Minsk to Istanbul as of June 12. The company currently has 10 weekly flights to Istanbul.
Belavia also received permission to operate 5 flights a week to Sheremetyevo airport in Moscow, the capital of Russia , from June 10 .
The Belarusian airline is increasing its flights to Georgia as well as Istanbul. The company will increase its Batumi flights from 7 to 14 weekly flights as of June 15, and its Tbilisi flights from 7 to 11 weekly flights.
Belavia recently announced that it has increased the routes and prices of charter flights to Turkey and Egypt, as some countries have closed their airspace.
