Despite the current situation Accor, world leading hospitality group, strengthens its portfolio in Albania. The Group has signed a management agreement with the Nova Construction 2012 for a new ibis Styles which will be opened in Tirana. The hotel will offer 75 comfortable, modern and thematic guest rooms as well as a restaurant and a relaxation bar lounge with a pool located on the top floor.
The Balkan region, with many successful openings and an ambitious pipeline is very important for Accor due to its strong business and leisure potential. ibis Styles Tirana Entry hotel will be a part of a multi-use complex consisting also of two 8-floor residential buildings. The investor and owner of new hotel is Nova Construction 2012 – one of the biggest construction companies in Albania founded and held by Ilir Shtufi, a prominent Albanian businessman.
